Heavenly Mussels
by Siciliano OK, this is the very best. I love this dish, and there are PLENTY of stories behind why I love mussels. Like the time I took a business trip to Europe and traveled to Normandy with a friend to visit the World War II ruins. We happened upon a wonderful cafe near the famous invasion beaches and they served buckets and buckets of delicious and steaming mussels. I was in heaven. Whenever I see my friend Derrick Tarver, who traveled with me on that trip, we reminisce about the "mussels." User Rating:
French lentil and sausage soup
by annie or annabella A delicious way to prepare lentil soup. You can use any kind of lentils, but for this soup I prefer french lentils. They have a delicate taste and a wonderful texture. User Rating:

Crepes on Steroids
by Mickie Crepes on Steroids is much like a grilled cheese sandwich only with a side of sophistication. This meal packs more flavor than your everyday crepe, and amps up your everyday breakfast or lunch. Between the fontina and prosciutto, you'll have that extra "oomph" to make it through the day!
