Asado al Orno (BBQ by oven)

Dinner with the Sucari Family
by Michele Our dinner featured empanadas, oven baked spinach cakes, and milanesa, which is a traditional Argentine dish of thinly sliced beef and breaded. All of these items were oven baked. The salads included a mixture of peas, carrots and potatos, a hearts of palm salad, a traditional lettuce and tomato salad with endive, and a salad of mozzarella balls, basil and tomatoes with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
Also featured is a popular condiment called salsa golf, a 50/50 mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup. It was available ready-many in Argentine supermarkets. User Rating:
