Lumpia - Philippine Eggrolls

We are at the home of Allen and Gina Warren and Jenny Jones (Gina's Mom), describes the process of making Lumpia, a traditional Philippine dish.
Lumpia are Philippine eggrolls. They can be made with a wide variety of ingredients including pork, chicken, beef or shrimp along with cabbage, onions, sprouts or stringbeans. The meat and vegetables are used in any combination you choose. Lumpia are rolled in a rice-based dough wrapping that is ground into a flour to make the dough.

Mixture of collard, mustard and turnip greens and seasonings cooked down into a Country Mix. With prepackaged greens available, greens are a much less labor intensive meal to prepare and are a Southern favorite for holiday dinners.
